Where is Brand Licensing Europe?
Brand Licensing Europe takes place at ExCeL London from 7-9 October 2025, ExCeL London. Located on the northern quay of the Royal Victoria Dock, ExCeL provides a fantastic venue in between Central London and London City Airport with a greatly enhance the customer experience and improved accessibility for local and international delegates.
International Attendees
Planning to attend Brand Licensing Europe this October? International (non-UK) visitors must now obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before entering the UK under new requirements.
The ETA is a digital travel permission that costs £16 – find out the full conditions here. To ensure a stress-free visit to BLE, we strongly recommend applying well in advance through the UK ETA mobile app or website. Travelling to the event
Elizabeth Line
With the addition of the Elizabeth Line, journey times to the ExCeL are quicker than ever before. Get from central London to Brand Licensing Europe in as little as 12 minutes, with 12 trains running each hour.
Built with direct links for national travel, you can board the Elizabeth Line at major stations like Farringdon (Thameslink), Paddington (Reading, Oxford and the South West) or Liverpool Street (Stanstead, Heathrow and the east of England).

London Underground & Other Train Services
ExCeL London is also serviced by the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) and Jubilee Line, providing a quick alternative route to Brand Licensing Europe.
